The business was founded by Chef Shayna Solomont, whose passion for food evolved alongside a deep curiosity about its impact on health. After studying public health and nutrition in college and seeing firsthand the gap between nutritional education and healthcare, she trained at the Institute of Culinary Education and honed her craft at Gramercy Tavern before launching her private chef business.
