Mary’s Crackers Breadcrumbs

I’ve always loved Mary’s Gone Crackers because they’re made primarily from organic whole grains and seeds, making them a great snack that supports digestion and satiety. Blended into breadcrumbs, they make a surprisingly delicious substitute for traditional breadcrumbs, without sacrificing flavor or texture. Use them in everything from meatballs to chicken parm!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Mary’s Gone Crackers

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper

  • Optional: ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.

  2. Pulse until the mixture reaches a breadcrumb-like texture.

  3. Store in an airtight container for up to 10 days in the fridge.
