Crispy, oven-baked (not fried) pork chops coated in Mary’s Cracker breadcrumbs, then topped with spicy red sauce and cherry peppers.

Spicy Baked Pork Chops with Mary’s Cracker Breadcrumbs

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (convection).

  2. Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.

  3. In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg with Calabrian chilis and a pinch of salt.

  4. In a separate shallow bowl, add the Mary’s Cracker breadcrumbs.

  5. Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then press into the breadcrumbs until well coated.

  6. Place the coated pork chops on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  7. Optional: Lightly spray with avocado oil to help them crisp.

  8. Bake for 12 minutes.

  9. Remove from the oven and spoon spicy red sauce and cherry peppers over the pork chops. Top with grated Parmesan if using.

  10. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
